Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing andriy@artlylabs.com from the email address associated with your account.

• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Include the email address associated with your Tai Chi Energy account.
• Tell us whether you want account deletion, personal data deletion, or both.

We will verify the request and delete eligible account data within a reasonable period, generally within 5 business days where technically feasible. Backups, logs, analytics aggregates, and records we must keep for legal, fraud prevention, security, tax, app-store, RevenueCat, or Stripe obligations may be retained and purged on their normal schedules.

Deleting app data does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel app-store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play settings, and web subscriptions through Stripe support links or by contacting us.
