By downloading, accessing, or using Tai Chi Energy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Tai Chi Energy is a wellness and fitness app. It provides general Tai Chi-inspired movement, relaxation, mobility, balance, and healthy aging content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, professional diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider.

You are solely responsible for your health, safety, and decisions while using the app. Consult a medical professional before starting or changing any exercise or wellness routine, especially if you have any health condition, injury, pain, balance concern, mobility limitation, pregnancy, medication use, or other risk factor. Stop using the app and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms.

Physical activity carries risk. You understand and accept that Tai Chi-inspired movements, stretching, balance work, and exercise may lead to discomfort, falls, injury, or other harm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use Tai Chi Energy at your own risk and we are not responsible for injuries, health outcomes, or decisions made based on app content.

If the app allows account creation, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access.

• Mobile app subscriptions and purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, depending on where you purchase.
• Web subscriptions and purchases may be billed through RevenueCat and Stripe.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel app-store subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Web subscription management is handled through the Stripe customer portal or support.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable store/payment provider policy.
• Prices and features may change, with notice where required.

The app, routines, text, graphics, videos, audio, branding, design, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content except as permitted by law.

We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. To request account or personal data deletion, see Data Deletion.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for us or other users, or if we discontinue the app.

The app is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically appropriate for you, or produce any particular fitness, health, weight, mobility, stress, sleep, or wellness result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, health issue, lost data, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
